Step inside the orchestra as the unique Open Orchestra takes over the Concert Hall for the third and final time! Originally developed by the Copenhagen Philharmonic Orchestra and becoming a phenomenon in Turku in 2019 and 2023, the Open Orchestra allows you to experience the power of a large symphony orchestra and follow the musicians’ work up close. The benches in the concert hall are removed, and the musicians are placed around the hall on the stage and floor. The music surrounds the listener from all sides, and the hosted concert experience is enhanced by spectacular visuals and lighting.

Half of the concert is listened to without a seat, standing and walking among the orchestra. The other half is seated in the numbered upper auditorium. The change of seats takes place during the intermission. Your ticket type indicates which half of the concert you will sit through and which you will listen to among the orchestra.
