Tue–Fri 12–17 and during events until the event begins. For weekend events, ticket sales are available one hour before the event.
On concert evenings, tickets can be purchased at the venue one hour before the concert starts. At-the-door sales offer single tickets and allow reservation pickups.

TPO Online Store
Go to the online store. The service is provided by Lippu.fi.
- Select the event and choose your seats from the seating map.
- Then click the shopping cart and proceed to payment.
- In the shopping cart, you can also choose the delivery method for your tickets.
- Next, you’ll be prompted to log in. If you’ve used the service before and provided your email address, you can click “Forgot password” to receive a password reset link via email. Once you’ve set your password, you can log in using your email address and password. If you haven’t used the service before or haven’t provided your email address, you’ll need to register. During registration, you’ll fill in your details and accept the terms to proceed with your ticket order.

At Monitori Tourist Information, you can purchase and reserve Thursday and Friday season tickets, SOS series tickets, single tickets, and redeem ticket reservations and gift cards. The Deluxe Season Ticket is not available at Monitori. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit and credit cards, Edenred card, Turku Philharmonic Orchestra gift cards, and the City of Turku’s Tykyranneke.
Prices
Ticket prices are listed in the following order: normal | pensioners | concessions. (For example 29,50 | 24,50 | 10,50 €.) Prices vary depending on the concert.
Concessions apply to students, children under 18, conscripts, non-military servicemen and unemployed persons. Pensioners and persons eligible for a concession must be prepared to present proof of eligibility at the concert venue. This concession is personal.

Season ticket 2026
Season tickets are sold at the Turku Concert Hall ticket office and at the Monitor Tourist Information Centre on the Market Square.
Thursday and Friday season tickets are also sold at the Lippupiste online store and full-service sales points. Season tickets cannot be redeemed at R-kiosks.
You can get your season ticket as a paper ticket, mobile ticket or plastic card.
Season tickets are personal. You can lend your own ticket to someone else if you cannot attend.

Deluxe is an option teeming with luxury. It is your entry ticket to every orchestral concert in the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra season. The Deluxe season ticket gives you a 30% discount of the total price, and you can choose the more suitable date for concerts that are played twice.

Give the gift of music! With a Turku Concert Hall gift card, you can redeem tickets to all performances by the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra and events at the Turku Concert Hall.
The gift card can be purchased at the Concert Hall ticket office, via Lippupiste’s online store, or at Monitori on the Market Square.
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It can be used as a payment method at all full-service Lippupiste outlets as well as at the Concert Hall ticket office.
A group discount of 10% is granted for groups of at least 10 people. Guided tours, VIP events, and various catering options can also be arranged upon request for groups.
The TPO Agent is a loyal customer of the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra and the Turku Concert Hall. As an agent, you can purchase discounted tickets for your group and be among the first to hear about TPO’s new programs. As a TPO Agent, you’ll receive changing offers throughout the season. The Agent of the Year will be awarded at the autumn Agent Evening.
Accessible seats are available for wheelchair users. Tickets for accessible seats also include a seat for a companion. The use of a companion seat always requires an Accompaniment Card and the person being assisted.
Assistants from the Finnish Red Cross’s Kulttuuriystävä service can enter the orchestra’s events with the person being assisted free of charge.
The assistant or support person of a disability card holder can always enter the orchestra’s concerts free of charge when the card has an A marking.
In these cases, a seat for a companion or an assistant must be reserved from the concert hall’s sales service well in advance of the event.
Ticket Refunds for Cancelled Concerts by the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra
These instructions apply only to situations where the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra has cancelled the event. Customers must request a refund within one (1) month of the scheduled event date.
If an event is cancelled, customers who have purchased tickets and provided their contact information will receive a text message or email about the cancellation.
Exchanging Tickets and Requesting Refunds for TPO Concerts
The Turku Philharmonic Orchestra offers customers the option to exchange purchased tickets for a gift card or request a refund.
1. Exchange Your Ticket for a Gift Card
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
To process the exchange, we need the ticket purchaser’s name, the performance title, date, seat details, and a mailing address for sending the gift card. Please contact our customer service at kulttuuri.myynti@turku.fi or call 02 262 0333 (on weekdays between 9:00 and 15:00).
2. Request a Refund
If you purchased your ticket from the Concert Hall’s ticket office:

If you purchased your ticket from Lippupiste’s online store or sales point:

Sales points are currently not processing refunds. Please note that there may be delays in refund payments.
In the event of cancellations or rescheduling, neither TPO nor Lippu.fi will refund the service fee or any order/delivery charges collected at the time of purchase, in accordance with the guidelines of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. If the service fee is not itemized on the ticket, we will retain the per-ticket service fee (€0.50–€3.50).
